Green Cards – Termination of bilateral agreements with the offices of Russia and Belarus after June 1st, 2023

Following the Administrative Instruction No. 356/2022 dated 21.06.2022, of the Motor Insurers’ Bureau-Greece for the termination of the bilateral agreements with the offices of Russia and Belarus, we inform you that the Motor Insurers’ Bureaux of all EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as the Motor Insurers’ Bureau-Greece, have terminated the said agreements, therefore the Green Cards and their extensions, issued on 01.06.2022 and valid until/or after 01.06.2023, are considered valid only until 31.05.2023, at 23:59 CET, for the countries of Russia and Belarus.

Thus, we inform our clients – Green Card holders, traveling to these countries of this change, of the limited validity of their Green Card and of the need to obtain new border insurance at the borders of these countries after the above date has passed.
